Ballıkaya started his professional career at Siemens Nixdort as Systems Engineer managing Projects and Information Systems. After working for Microsoft as Marketing Engineer, he has joined Bilkom in 1997 as Professional Market Manager. Having performed Channel Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Group Manager and Sales Director functions respectively, Ballikaya continues to serve as General Manager since 2019.
Ballıkaya has graduated form Istanbul Erkek High School and Istanbul Technical University Control and Computer Departments, with B.Sc and M.Sc degrees.

Finance and Operations Director
He began his professional career in 1992 at Setur, in business of the Koç Group. Until 2009, fulfiled the responsibilities in the positions of Internal Audit Manager, Finance Manager and General Accounting Manager in the same company. Then, he joined Arçelik-LG Klima, where he served as Finance and Financial Affairs Manager and Finance and Financial Affairs Director between 2009-2019. With his many years of experience in supply chain management and production planning both in Turkey and internationally Burhan Murzoğlu, as from September 1 2019, he was appointed as Bilkom Finance and Operations Director.
Murzoğlu was born in 1968 in Rize and graduate of Marmara University / Department of Finance. He is married and the father of one child. Also he speaks English.
Can Irmak Sağıroğlu
Marketing and Business Development Director
Can Irmak started his business life as the System Development Manager at Bilpa, Yapı Kredi Bankası, a technology company, in 1994.
Changing his position to Major Companies Sales Manager at Bilkom, Sağıroğlu worked as Education Industry Sales Manager, Product Manager and Product Group Manager, respectively. As of 2018, Sağıroğlu works as the Marketing and Business Development Director after completing his proxy duty as Marketing Director.
Sağıroğlu graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Control-Computer Engineering Department in 1993 and he is married with 2 children. He speaks English.
Human Resources Director
Starting his business life as Sales Specialist at Louis Vuitton & Moet Hennessy in 2000, Sezer started working as Human Resources Senior Specialist at Goldaş Mağazacılık ve Pazarlama A.Ş. after working at various stages in sales.
Sezer worked as Human Resources Assistant Manager at Darty Turkey from 2009 to 2012 and as Human Resources Manager at Kahve Dünyası in 2013. He joined Bilkom as Human Resources Manager in 2014. Sezer was promoted to Human Resources Director in 2018.
Born in 1979, Sezer graduated from Kocaeli University, Economics department.
